Shipping

We aim to fulfil all orders within 1-3 days depending on the production times required. Once your order is ready for shipping, we use Royal Mail to deliver your artwork to you.

Shipping options:

  • Royal Mail First Class: Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days after dispatch. This option is not tracked or signed for.

  • Royal Mail Second Class: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after dispatch. This option is not tracked or signed for.

  • Royal Mail First Class Signed For Tracked: Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days after dispatch. This option is tracked and requires a signature upon delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the current postal service. We are not responsible for any delays or issues with the delivery of your artwork once it has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sanpo.co.uk. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the artwork within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. Here's how it works:


  1. Cancellation and Return Rights

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your contract and return the artwork within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to give us a reason for your cancellation. To cancel your order, please contact us at returns@sanpo.co.uk


  1. Return Process

To return the artwork, please carefully package it in its original packaging and securely seal the package. Please include a copy of your original order confirmation or a note with your order number and the reason for your return. Please also indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Please contact us to return your item(s) at returns@sanpo.co.uk When returning items we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the artwork, unless it is faulty or damaged.


  1. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the artwork to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If the artwork is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.


If you requested a refund, we will refund the full purchase price of the artwork, including any standard delivery charges. If you requested an exchange, we will send the new artwork to you within 14 days. We will not charge you any additional delivery charges for exchanges.

If the artwork is faulty or damaged, we will refund the full purchase price of the artwork, including any standard delivery charges and the cost of returning the artwork.


  1. Exceptions

Please note that the right to cancel and return artwork does not apply to artwork that has been personalized or made to your specifications. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of artwork that has been damaged after delivery due to mishandling or misuse.
